This is a product review for Joico's K-PAK Deep-Penetrating Reconstructor and K-PAK Protect & Shine Serum. Everyone knows that protecting your skin from the sun is VERY important, so why not your hair? You hair needs to be protected as well, and K-PAK has a great line of products that will protect your hair from the sun and all the potential damage. After all we already use heating/styling/dyeing products that could potentially damage hair so why not protect it all we can :)
I recommend using these products, if you find that they are to costly, just use it every other day or once a week, instead of daily. If you take care of your hair, your hair will take care of you :P

Here is my attempt at Gwen's Sexy Eyes. In the past few years she has toned down her wild Pink hair and morphed into the old glam. Here is my interpretation of Gwen's sexy eyes.
I have had questions about my brows too. So I left one natural and one filled in with my trusty 266 brush and MAC blonde and taupe brow shade.

Just in time. If you are like most, pay day is the 1st. So on the second of August you can take that paycheck down to MAC for some kool new stuff. Or you can just ask work to pay you in MAC MONIES ..LOL... aww...Rent is due too.. sooo is it gonna be shelter or necessities? :P Lucky for us Painterly is a PERMANENT LINE :)
Rumor has it this will replace the MAC Paints, the ones in the tube. I don't know for sure, I haven't really kept up on this one. I hope Bare Study is like Stilife, and Painterly is like Bare Canvas. I marked off the two that I think are going to be most popular. I saw these (from Novel Twist)at Nordstroms last week and they were HUGE. The pot was much larger than the fluid lines, but in that same type of glass container. And its about $1.50 more here in the US compared to the fluidliners.mmm I might have to try that stuff on my waterline. Well I just thought I'd update you all about this line. I'm sure it's plastered all over the internet already. So next week i'll officially give my 2 cents on this one :)

I haven't actually seen this good stuff.. But i love the lid on the glosses.. YUM YUM!!
Ok..another confession I haven't had time to keep up the latest info on this color story or on painterly. I have been lovin' my MAC Flashtronic and Rushmetal pieces. On a good note, this new line 3D are for the lips, and will totally COMPLEMENT the Flashtronic and Rushmetal line. The homework I have done is In 3D is a limited line and Painterly is here to stay. I haven't stocked up on Stilife Paint in hopes that painterly will blow it out of the water. For those who have drier lips and want full "plush" lips, stick to glosses and lipliner. Skip on the lipstick, you'll see a difference :)

Soft Arabic Eyes

Arabic Eyes are always HOT HOT HOT , but sometimes it might be a bit much for an everyday look to work or school. But thats not true anymore. You can have dark eyes yet still keep it playful and toned down. Here is my watered down version of Arabic eyes. I mentioned Urban Decay 24/7 ZERO in this video..I think they changed the formula or something, cause last time I had this it was great. Could just be my eyes, but this lasted for an hour or so. Taking it back tonight for sure. But if you find ANYTHING that will stay comfortably on your water line let me know. I’d really appreciate it. I think i’m going to try MAC’s Technakohl Liner next and/ or something from NYX.

Never use your concealer the same way again!
Quick Concealer Notes
White-Whitens reddish coloration and brighten dull skin
Green-Conceals redness
Purple-Adds glow to yellow skin tones
Yellow-Tones down purples and marks

Liquid concealer-Great for Dry skin
When in doubt use a concealer lighter than your skin, that way when you are using your foundation it won't be as obvious as a dark blob on your skin.

Tip- Use the foundation that is in your lid as concealer. Its thicker and will match your foundation exactly.

For dark circles, there isn't a product that will make it go away. That is under your skin. Getting a lot of rest and drinking water will help it. Products can only "puff" up the skin in the area so that its no longer visible. When I find something that really works I'll let you guys know :)

Flashtronic Tutorial #1

This is my first tutorial with photos so please bare with me. I tried to use 90% Flashtronic items. The shadows also work REALLY well with a wet brush, so try that out too! The Diagram below should say lovestone, not lovestruck.. opppsy

1. Apply moisturizer all over eye area. Then add a light shade of concealer to hide dark areas. Then blend with sponge. Apply orangish -salmon color to eyes to bring under eye color back to even out your skin tone.

2. Apply Mac base in Luna, then apply Quarry all over lid from lash to brow bone. This color will be used as a highlighter too.

3. Take 217 brush and apply Ether into crease and a bit above your crease.
4. Apply lovestone into crease with a 224 or 222 brush
5. Blend and soften outer corners with blending brush

6.Take a large fluffy brush like the 227 and add Quarry to your inner 1/3 of your eyes and brow bone. Blend blend
7. Using your 219 add Quarry to your inner corner of your eyes. Use a wet brush for best results.
8. Using your 212 damp with water, fix + or mixing medium. Then swipe a bit of Ether ( from the darkest corner of the pot) and line top and bottom outer part of your eyes.

9. Blend blend blend, remember light to dark :)

10. Line your water line and squeeze so that the color will be on top and bottom. Fill in any parts that are missing.

11. Prime lashes with Clinique primer, and Clinique High Impact Mascara.

Nordstroms Pro Brush Review

181SE- Kabuki Brush
This brush is used to buff and smooth out any hard lines and create full coverage. It also is great at picking up loose shadows that have fallen on your cheeks. The one that came with the pearlizer set is very cute and its actually very full. The trick is to wash it first and fan it out so its a full fluff once its dry. I'll take a pic of mine once it is dry. :)
187SE - Very nice and soft. I have no complaints about this one. Again, after washing it mine fluffed right up and is at full force!
I like to use this with powder for a light coverage, use with foundation for a light coverage or with Blush for a light hint of color. The white "hair" is synthetic so the liquid will not absorb into the hairs.
168SE- This one is kind of slim brush, not as dense as I would like. But thats just from a visual standpoint. This brush comes in very handy when trying to contour your face and defining your cheekbones.
219SE- I love this brush, its soo great as a smudger, crease and eyeliner blender and great for precision.
212SE- This is a great brush for extra fine eyeliner, to apply glitter and fluid liner. This creates a much thinner line than the 266.
275SE- This is the only brush that I do not have. And for good reason. It might be one of those I have to get use to. Its very flimsy and doesn't help blend at all. If only it had just a few more hairs I might be able to find it useful. Denser brushes are better :) This one kind of reminds me of the brushes that comes in gift sets with Clinique and Estee Lauder around the holidays. Almost good, but not good enough.

Another footnote
I have a full size 239 brush from Japan and one 249 from France. The only thing I find bad about the brush sets (Made in China) are the paint on the handle tends to chip. That could be me though, because i'm rough with my brushes. But as far as performance goes, I have no complaints!

Flastronic Bride

Everyone knows that the most important day to any girl is their Wedding day. Luckily if you get married at the Venetian in Vegas they take care of almost everything. Here are some close ups of the beautiful bride. I know the photos are small, these are just proofs, the real photos wont be available for another 4 weeks. But by then MAC's Flashtronic will probably be SOLD OUT.
How to get this same look at your wedding, or any day of the week? Just read below my step by step instructions on how to be the perfect bride.

Clean and exfoliate face night before. Don't use anything that you have never tried before.

Face

Apply Clinique Gel Moisturizer all over face
Using a wet sponge apply concealer to areas that need concealing. (She typically doesn't wear any makeup, and doesn't need very much coverup. I used MAC Studio Stick in NC 35
MAC Spray Fix + Plus to large brush, I used MAC's 187 brush
take brush and dab into foundation of choice. I am using Mac's Hyper Real Foundation in NC 35. Fluff all over face for an all over glow.
For cheeks I used MAC's Flashtronic Skin Finish in Global Glow
Applied Northern light on the apples of her cheeks, forehead, chin and nose
Temples in a c-shape using Vanilla Pigment

Eyes

Urban Decay Potion Primer over lids
MAC's Cream color base in Luna all over lids
Naked pigment all over lids
Mac's new Eyeshadow By Jupiter in crease and outer corner
Used Naked Pigment as highlighter and on inner corner of eyes
Lined eye with same By Jupiter with 266 brush
Went over eyeliner with Benefit Shelaq to prevent any smudges or smears
Clinique Lash primer and Lash Doubling
Duo Lash Glue
Red Cherry #47 for a dramatic look
Curl both false and real lashes together with heated lash curler. (done carefully with blow dryer.)

Lips

MAC's Lipglass in Perfectly Pink. No need for lipstick or liner :)

Regarding hair...
Its this exact technique as the Pam Anderson hair, but with a cheap curling iron. To make a long story short, my hot tools 3/4 inch curling iron broke in my luggage and I just used this spare that was brought. You can achieve this look on purpose by using two different curling irons a 3/4 inch and a 1 1/4 or bigger. Curl the ends under with the larger iron, and curl the rest with the smaller iron and larger in a rotating motion :)
Then in the front take the clip and instead of going directly on top bring the piece of hair to the side clip and voila!! :)

If you haven't tried extensions you should check them out. Its a great way to try out new looks with out damaging your hair. Here are two photos of me with my platinum blonde extensions. These are 100% human hair (again.. spare the details :P) and can be dyed to match what you are looking for. I purchased mine from Sally's in Jan for about $75. This particular line is found at Sally's Beauty Supply. I do not believe they can be purchased anywhere else, but I could be wrong. They just clip on and you are all set with full shiny hair. I only wear mine for that day and take them off. I do not wear them over night. These are 14 inches long and come in a pack of 10 pieces and 2 testers (for dying or cutting) I have seen the Jessica Simpson wigs/extensions at Ulta,but I haven't tried it out I don't think I will though cause Im soo happy with the ones I have.

So my blah blahs of the day...
I received my E.L.F shadows and false lashes this past weekend. The lashes are plastic, so I can't imagine them looking anything but cheap. But who knows it might be great for a fun night out. So far I love Ardell Lashes, and Red Cherry(MY FAVE).
I paid a $1 for the lashes from E.L.F but I could have spent an extra dollar or two and bought real human hair lashes. Yah.. it kinda sounds gross.. so spare me the details :P
So I'll give the E.L.F lashes a try, but don't buy them if you can get your hands on the good stuff! The good stuff can be found at Target, Ulta, Walmart, pretty much anywhere that has false lashes :) Keep your eyes peeled for Red Cherry, they are sold in little beauty supply stores or online. Just google it.
My next venture is eeyelash.com.. They have the best selection I have ever seen!!! They would have come in hand in Vegas this week, but thats ok. next time I'll do it up with these!!

What am I working on now... Well for the past 4 weeks I have been growing out my eyebrows so I can do a complete video. Yea.. for you guys I'm walking around with a uni brow. Man.. this blog full of gross stuff. First the human hair lashes and then the uni brow.. I will make sure to talk about Human Hair Extensions in another blog. Haha!
I will hopefully be able to put the video up early next week. As many of you know this is a busy weekend for me so I won't be around to chat or update. I'll be full of stories when I get back. I have both the travel and the home version of the twisters. Very cute!
When I'm back home and life isn't so hectic there will be a video on how I do this. FOR SURE!! But its very similar to how its done in this video. But its not as wavy crazy curls. Check it out! The twisting works with a reg 3/4 inch curling iron too. Its a beachy hair look :) Here is my sample pic with my hair done with the twisters. This was taken last year.. we were trying to go for the "Prom" pics for fun.. hahaha

I use Clinique Lash Doubling and Primer.

The trick to avoid clumps is to run a clean disposable mascara wand over your lashes after you put on your mascara. The wand will pick up any clumps or thick goop that you didn't want.

This technique is also great for wide set eyes "a how to" bringing them closer, or if you want bright wide eyes here it is. This will be my last video .. aww no worries just using this backdrop. The person that lives here is moving so we're going to film at their new place when I do vids at that place. If you haven't noticed I like to change it up a bit. Tee Hee! The new place has a resort pool too! So if I'm feeling ballsy that day I might do a vid by the pool :) The staying power is pretty amazing for $1.

This girl is soo cute! I love her 5-min tutorial. I totally agree with her about that goop at the end of the mascara.. the only thing I don't like is putting on Mascara then curling. That's major potential for breakage. But then again, as far as your hair goes.. don't we sometimes put hairspray then curl..mmm something to think about.

Wavy Hair- Ford Models

So Ford Models beat me to a video on wavy hair. I have been doing this trick for years ever since my friend showed me at a bachelorette party. But I use a regular ole 3/4 inch curling iron. I wonder how that curling iron differs from mine? The one she uses is the Enzo Milano Curling Iron. Looks like the 19MM. I might have to get it just cause it looks faster.. if anyone has this one give us a review!! :) And where you bought it from too! Here is my photo from the last time I did the wavy hair style, can't really see much of it, but its not flat on my head :)

1)Where can i get the duo glue for fake lashes?
You can get DUO at CVS and MAC, I believe its $5.99 at CVS and $7.99 at MAC

2)I wanna know if it's good to wet the eye shadow before apply it on the eye lid?
Yes, you can wet the brush and dip it into the shadow for an intense color. But try on the outer edge of the shadow pot just in case your shadow doesn't cooperate :)

3)Can you salvage broken eyeshadows with the same method as pigment pressing?
Yes, I did that. I broke an NYX shadow and a MAC shadow and I did the same process and pressed them back, and added a little of mac frost to add shimmer, and now I have new colors :)
What type of curling iron are you using?
I use HOT TOOLS and Helen of Troy

So while clicking around on you tube I stumbled upon this. Very interesting interpretation of the "rainbow eyes." I figured since they put so much effort into this video they deserved to be posted on here. They have taken constructive criticism to a whole new level, which I am all for. Perhaps they should spend their time showing us what they learned in their cosmetic classes, instead of videos like this. But I am all for laughs. Maybe next time we will see them demonstrate something they learned, or all that money they paid for classes went down the drain. Or next time we will see another parody of a pursebuzz video. I can't wait! You know they are learning something, or are interested in what I have to say because they made the comment about seeing ALL of pursebuzz's videos.. HAHA

I have only tried their shadows, my fave are Sage and Dusk. I have samples below check that out. Its about a $1 for each shadow and $1 for the case that fits 4 shadows. But they also fit into Mac's 15 palette. Which is about 15 dollars.. so its like $1 per holder(hole) vs. Elf's 25 cents per "hole"lol hope that makes sense.. The shadows are very soft, unfortunately they only have the typical colors. On the flip side they have $1 bronzers and blushes :)

But USE THIS WITH MAC's cream color base LUNA!!! The color swatches are used with Luna. See Photos Below.

I myself love to pigment press, and lately i've been doing it a lot, one of our pursebuzz gals asked me about it. This reminded me to try it out using ELF trays. Pigment pressing is exactly that.... pressing pigments with some alcohol and in the past I've used those cheap multicolor trays.. but ELF has solved my problems. The Art of Pigment Pressing

I have been obsessed with pigment pressing these past few weeks. I can't stop.. lol
There really isn't a right or wrong way to doing this, as long as your end results make you happy :) All I ask is you press down really hard to prevent your shadow from crumbling. The alcohol will evaporate leaving a perfect shadow to play with. You can do this in ANY pan, be creative and use an old shadow container too. Can't wait to hear what combos you came up with! :) And so far this only works with MAC Pigments. I tried others and it was a no go :(

How to Wash your Brushes w/ MAC brush Cleaner

Update:Thank for everyone's imput, if you are reading this for the first time please read the comments too.. they are extremely helpful :)

I had a few questions asked so I'd like to answer them here in the same section.
1) I wash mine after every use, whether it is with baby shampoo or brush cleaner. Of course it just depends on frequency of use :)
2) I lay them flat to dry so that the water doesn't break down the glue and ruin my brushes.
3) Between colors during one application I would either use another brush, or use the other side. If those are not an option I take a paper towel and just wipe it that way.
4) There are products that do not need water. When I worked at a counter back in the day.. we used this product called brush off and it didn't need water. Just put it on a paper towel and swipe your brush on it. It never really was as clean as it could have been though :(

A while back, I purchased MAC's brush cleaner. I asked them how to clean it, and the girl said to just put it on a towel and rub your brush into the papertowel.. no need to rinse.. I didn't believe her so another time I asked someone else and they said to rinse. Anyway.. here is what I do in a nutshell.

I totally RINSE!!! Something about not rinsing and putting the brush on my eyes freaks me out.. soooo I put about 1/2-3/4 inch of the stuff into a cup, but I have a lot of brushes (make sure the cup is something that you wont use for anything else..IE-drinking in) and I put the brush bristles in there. Then I leave and come back in like 10 min.. you don't have to do this.. I just get distracted easily :)

And you take it out and rub the solution in.. you should see the colors come off the brush. Keep massaging it until its clean. Then I rinse it out with water, and lay it flat to dry. * Don't forget to shape the brush before it dries* :)
I hope this helps!! Please wash your brushes frequently... at least once a month :)

Marcelle interviewed me and asked a lot of good questions.. Looks like not of of it was put into the paper, if you want I can fill in the blanks to the questions that were not written in The NY Times. She was very nice and made the whole interview process very relaxing. At first I was worried.. Kinda like a first interview worried, where you break into a sweat and run thousands of questions in your mind, and it was all for nothing. *ahh.. sigh of relief, it wasn't bad at all* It was very fun actually :)
Photo: The colors and background looks great, love the pretty flowers in the back.. you would never guess(maybe you can) that behind me is a parking structure and to the right of me is an elevator (my right :P) .. lol I dunno why I am telling you guys this, I think it makes a great story. Through the great photography of Sandy Huffaker my funky backdrop looks soo vibrant. He was really great, made me feel very comfortable in a hallway as on lookers wonder and try to get the 411 on our secret "pursebuzz.com." I want to thank Sandy for hooking it up with the photos. I received two photos from him that same day we took them.
LOL the funny part is I have green shadow on and I am holding up Passionate.. haha we should have planned that one better :) Its ok though that reddish pink is soo pretty!!! Its now part of the C-Shock too :)

So.. I dragged my butt to South Coast Plaza today... soooo far.. Anyway... They have the new Pro Shadows out.. not all of them but enough to make you go AWWWW. I didn't have to wait till next week to compare C-Shock to the new Pro colors YAY!!. I didn't buy any colors from C-Shock. I already have passionate, so one out of the 7 :P I loved the wondergrass but I had my heart set on a rainbow pro pallet. So I bought 6 colors today, and hopefully more next time. So if you live anywhere near SCP in Costa Mesa better check out the pro colors before you get C-Shock. If you don't live hear a pro store check out macpro.com. For the past two months I've been "patiently waiting"lol.. not really:P for the new C-Shock line. The colors are fab and the combinations together are even better. But then MAC Pro decides to put us in a pickle. Permanent new hot colors from their line.. Or the limited editions from C-shock. Decisions decisions....If you are like me then you can't afford every color available :( So its pick and choose time.. some of the colors are going to have to stay at the store :(..I'm sure they will go to a happy home even if its not mine :) The Pro colors are going to be released next week June 21st and C-Shock will be out this Thursday June 14th. So what runs through my mind? Limited Editions vs. New Pro Colors??? I have a hair dresser who I have been going to for years. She has given me permission to release her contact number if you are interested.

1. How do i keep from getting that "kink" at the end of my hair after using a curling iron?
You will have to look at the way the curling iron is angled and go with it, not against it. If you curl against the crimp then you get the kink. There will have to be a tutorial on this one day :P
2. Where can I find Bare Minerals?
You can purchase B.E. from Sephora, Ulta, and Bare Mineral's website. The best price is direct from them on their site. If you want something you can buy right away.. Sephora has the best starter kit. ( I personally do not use this product, just a preference)
3. How do I conceal dark circles?
The best thing to do is buy a kit with different shades of concealer. I use the lightest to dab over the dark area, then take the darkest (orangeish) color and apply all over the undereye. This will create a brighter look, and canceling out the purple circles.

I will be putting this video up this week.. I hope, if all things go well. You will need certain items that you may not already have. Here is a list of items in advance, just in case you want to try this out this weekend :)

Mousse ( I used big and sexy hair)
Hairspray (I used big and sexy hair, don't buy it unless you know it works for you. I tend to get flakes. I like beyond the zone in the teal can)
Plastic Curlers like the ones your Grammy uses (lg and med size) If you don't have them you can get them anywhere. P.S even some 99 cent store have these.
A Good 3/4 curling iron. I am using Hot tools
Clips to divide your hair in sections
I mention serum/pomade- I use the beyond the zone with the blue liquid and pink top.

Hopefully I didn't forget anything else..lol

I use this stuff every day and I leave the conditioner in for at least 5 minutes and the rinse.

2) Where can I find Costco Brushes?
These are only sold at Costco, and I believe they can only be purchased in the store. These aren't exact replica's of MAC, just a nice set of brushes and for a great price.
3)What is the best hairspray that will hold up my curls?

Everyone's hair is different and will work with different hairsprays. I like Beyond the Zone Frozen stiff, and Isoplus. Both available at Sally's.
4)Where can I find Curling Irons and Flat Irons internationally?
Ohh.. This is a tough question, and unfortunately I live in the States so I have no idea where exactly. But im 100% sure that you can find something, check your local beauty supply store, or order online :) Hopefully one of our international p-buzzers.. can help out with this one :)

For all of you MAC and Makeup lovers out there.. Save your $$$ for July 20th. Nordstroms will be having their annual SPECIAL Edition MAC Brush Sets and Limited Edition cosmetics. These are made especially for Nordys. So here is your official month and a half notice to start saving those pennies and turning them into green cash monies!!(haha I think that phrase is soo funny) Shortly after that you can trade it in for some limited edition cosmetics. I don't know exactly what will be on the list but last year they had quite a few sets of brushes. Also, if you are strolling by the counter before then you can also pre-sale, cause I know first hand those brush sets go fast! Typically there are 5 brushes in each set and run about $45 a set. Which is a great deal! I'm still using the set I bought back in the late '90's-early '00's..lol. So if you are on the fence about buying brushes. I would wait and see if these sets are a right fit for you. If anyone has any more info.. Please share :)
This all the info I have, I do not know what kind of brushes will be available. But i'm 99 percent sure you will need at least one from the set :)

From time to time, I will add inspiring videos or just fun ones that I enjoyed and think you might too. Here is one of them. There is a great close up of the wing tip on her eye too. After lots of experimenting I've come to find that MAC's 266 angle brush works great with liquid liner. Just gives you more control. So kiss the brush and the liquid liner brush together and that will rub the liner onto the 266. Try it out. :)

5 Min Purple Eyes

I get a lot of emails about which color looks best on everyone, and I think its gotta be Purples. The first color I experimented with was purple, and that began the love affair with makeup and colors. In this demo I kept it simple with one brush and two colors. Very quick and easy 5 min look that will last up until the night. :)

Big Baby Blues

This is a request for a baby blue eyes look, but in a way that will not make your eyes look smaller. Just use a darker blue on the outer to give dimension. I bet you can't even tell that the main colors aren't MAC. The brushes used in this video are from Costco.

Eye Shadow Base

Virtually every brand has an eyeshadow base from paints, creams to liquids.. But which one is right for you?
My top shadow bases are(in no particular order) :

Urban Decay Potion Primer(I forgot to mention its great for oily eyelids)
MAC paint in Stillife
MAC cream base in Luna
MAC shade stick (but only after I put on a cream color base)

You just have to find one that fits your need. I find that Urban Decay Primer Potion does make everything stay and last a very long time. But its a B!t*h to blend. Soo...I found a remedy by putting a cream base over it for blendability. If you just use the cream color base on its own it should do the trick, but it may not stay on over 8 hours depending on your other shadows and how deep set your eyes are(creasing can occur). The paint Stillife is great because it makes any shadow shimmery and more intense. It can be drying if you have drier eye lids, this may not be the one for you. Shadesticks, these are great depending on which color you choose. I have a few but the only one I like so far are dark colors like Sea Me. It goes on smooth and doesn't hurt my lids. If I use beiging I have to put on the cream base first then the shadestick so that the colors blend without scratching your lids.

What hair products do I use? I LOVE LOVE Beyond the Zone from Sally's. I recently purchased Big and Sexy Hair products and I'm very disappointed. It's flaky and even makes my head itch from time to time( gross I know ..lol) So need less to say I'm going back to Beyond the Zone, the stuff is pretty inexpensive and with the coupon like this one.. its a no brainer :) I've been very happy with everything from this line except for that yellow spray bottle you see in front of the coupon.. it does NOTHING for me :(

Its like Naked and Fairy Lite but with a burst of rainbow frost shimmers. It looks nothing like the photo on their website. Hopefully this weekend I'll get a chance to do a video review on the stuff I got. I passed on the shadows and other items. I just picked up the following. The lipsticks are soo great.. the shimmer to is unreal very fun!! Kinda reminds me of Maybelline's diamond shine from back in the day..

This is a quick review on the MAC Pandamonium Quad. Something new and different, hopefully it will help someone out if they are on the fence about this one. There are four colors a highlighter with gold flecks, but it really is like a pearl color. Two purples a lavender shimmer and darker purple that is matte. And lastly, a dark gunmetal color with lots of shimmer, just a lighter version of black tied if you ask me. If there is anything specific that you would like talked about in the review, just let me know :)

Don't you just love collecting make up or just using it? I bet you do cause you are here on pursebuzz.com where so far all I have been talking about is make up . LOL. . I understand that purchasing a lot of pigments in all sorts of colors takes lots of time and money unless you are going to use all of it or share it. Why not purchase a smaller amount.? If you go to ebay.com and search for Mac pigments or mac pigments samples you will find tons of listings. It will be worth wild to see the colors they have available and the savings galore. Your can literally spend $30 including shipping and get 10 new colors even more colors if you bid...they even offer the MAC PRO Colors too :) Did you know that the amount of crushed shadow from one traditional shadow pot is about 1/4 tsp (same size as a $3 pig sample)... something to think about :) Check it out and let me know how it goes. After receiving many request I have decided to do an upclose and personal tutorial of the "rainbow eye". This isn't the typical red.. orange.. yellow.. but just 4 fun shimmering colors that will look hot on anyone! I was also testing out youtube's music merger option. Looks like its great for vids under 3 min. :( Darn!

Hi Everybody!!!
I have received quite a few emails and comments regarding the color I had under the blues and glitz video. Its a dark gray (dark soul pigment) black tied shadow and some fairy lite pigment(feel free to use naked instead):P It was actually on a video made for a "wedding look" inspired by a Nordstrom's Magazine. But my entire lap top crashed. All my new videos and work are all GONE Deleted!!!!! So of course my luck the videos were on there and I didn't have a chance to upload it online. But that's ok.. after a few days of sadness, complaining, moaning, groaning, and all that stuff I was allowed to do.. I've accepted it and have moved on. I'll just have to make better movies for us right?? Yay.. so there may be a slight delay since Dell said April 20th is my ship date. I will still be online but being on an old work lap top I don't think its a good idea to load vids and have this one crash too. Who knew that being cut off from the internet could be soo life changing. Lessoned learned .. ALWAYS ALWAYS back up your stuff!!!

Loreal Hip Vs. MAC Pigments

So we all know that MAC's pigments are fun, vibrant and electric.. but did you know that they aren't the only ones that jumped on the pigment wagon. Loreal recently recently released a line called Hip Color.
I have cut and pasted all of the ones that Loreal has and substituted the color names with the MAC name. So if you are looking for something that wont break the bank but has that special MAC like staying power paint with these. These also come with a nice flat brush you can use to adhere the pigment to your lids. I still recommend a nice base prior to any pigment application.
Also, the Hip line is available at Target, Ulta, CVS, Rite Aid, and many drug stores. Keep your eyes out for coupons and buy one get one half off sales :)

Mix this up with a yellow dress or with a blue Cinderella dress. It doesn't matter because blues goes with everything.. well almost :)
Remember to try a light lip gloss with little to no color for the best emphasis on eyes.
