Loreal Hip is buy one get one half off at ULTA starting this sunday Apr 22nd. This is a very pigmented item, and for 3.50 a piece you get 4 colors for $7 or you an get the pigments the prices range from $7-$13. If there is a coupon this weekend that means more sale.. yay!!

    Hi,
    The site is great. I check it frequently. So I took advantage of the HIP sale and bought some pigments but I cant get them to really have that punch on my eyes. What is a lower priced base that you recommend?
