All about eyeliner!!!
Here is my attempt at Gwen's Sexy Eyes. In the past few years she has toned down her wild Pink hair and morphed into the old glam. Here is my interpretation of Gwen's sexy eyes.
I have had questions about my brows too. So I left one natural and one filled in with my trusty 266 brush and MAC blonde and taupe brow shade.
Base: MAC Bare Canvas
Shadows: MAC Llama, symmetry
Eyeliner-MAC Nightsky (optional)
Lips-Avon nude lipgloss
Liner-Maybelline Liquid liner(I don't like it much, its too flat in color :(
Face-MAC hyperreal powder (PRO) Barbie Pearl Sunshine blush
Mascara-Clinique Lash Doubling and Primer

i, too, love your makeup here! gwen stefani looks so much better accenting her eyes and getting rid of her bright red lips. have you tried trucco's "skinny dip" lip gloss? it's the closest i've come to finding a jennifer lopez type peachy-brown, natural gloss. i lightly line with MAC's lipliner "spice."

You look great! ^_^ I don't like the Maybelline liquid liners, they get clumpy. I am horrible with liquid liners, but the CG liquid pencil liner is great for those whose hands can't sit still lol

This was a great tutorial, Im always trying to find great makeup looks that dont look so Heavy.... But I also love heavy. OHHh and that tip for spliting the slashes in 2 was soooo creative, I have had such hard times putting on lashes that it ruins my night. I love Pursebuzz Keep these tips comming!
pursebuzz, how do you remove the faux lashes afterwards..do you just pull them out? but that'll remove some of your real lashes too...

And Helen, the false lashes aren't glued to your lashes, just right above them on your lash line, so you won't have to pull out any lashes haha. If you do get glue on your lashes you can just use a bit of warm water to soften, and then gently pull them off! ^^
Hi Pursebuzz! First, congrats on your new media fame :). Anyway, I wanted to share with you my love affair with my new found liquid eyeliner. I just recently discovered Loreal Lineur Intense Liquid Eyeliner (in the gold NOT BLACK container). The gold version is awesome! It's really easy to apply and it doesn't smudge at all... loveit. The one in the black container flakes off after 5-6 hours, which kind of sucks. Anywho, just FYI!

Hey pursebuzz, I love your videos, and watch them religiously. I have a piece of advice for people who don't really like putting on fake lashes that has a similar effect. Use your favorite mascara (I don't bother with primer, though I probably should) and wiggle it back and forth through your lashes for two coats. Then add an extra coat just to the very tips of your lashes. It seems simple but people always think I am wearing fake lashes because my eyelashes look so long. I use NYC Waterproof Mascara (It's in a blue tube) for either $2 or the $3 at your local Walgreens. It works miracles.
