You're awesome! What do you use on your eyebrows? I checked out your foundation tutorial and you mentioned that you use MAC powder, but I don't see the "light" shade available online (do you know the specific name?). Also, have you found other colors/powders in other lines that work well for your coloring? Thank you so much for creating this site and sharing all of your wonderful techniques with us:)

Hi! I'm the person who was asking about the brow stuff- thank you so much for your quick response!! I couldn't figure out how to use the guest book/leave general feedback, but I think your site is great and I'm so glad I found it (MUAer here). Perhaps you could create a list (maybe with pics:) of your everyday products/favorites, or maybe a general Q&A forum? Being Asian myself, I am always trying to get ideas from others with sinmilar coloring and learn new techniques. Well, I'm off to go click on some ad links now, lol:)

i have a problem with my eyes.. whenever i use any eyeshadow it tends to smear.. i asked a lady at benefit what she suggested (she wasn't as pretty as you) hah. but she said to use f.y.i.. but i didnt wanna buy it unless i heard something from someone else. what do you reccommend?

Anonymous said...

Hey I never tried f.y.i mainly cause its expensive and there are other options. lol.. What is your routine now? What r u using as a base? Have you tried Urban Decay Potion Primer that stuff works really well. They have it at sephora. I recommend going there and puttin that on your hand, and putting some shadow on it. You can really see how well it works :)

Hi pursebuzz!!Great stuff :) Thanks for all the cool tips and tricks :D I have a question. I recently bought a an eyeshadow pallete with shades of pigmented browns in it.It's called Kanebo Kate Deep Eyes Eyeshadow in BR-2. You can view it at :

http://cgi.ebay.com/KANEBO-KATE-Deep-Eyes-Eye-Shadow-eyeshadow-Compact-BR-2_W0QQitemZ140117410465QQcmdZViewItem

IT even came with instructions on application :P

http://www.joseibi.com/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=5565

I'm having trouble using it.I actually purchased it to get an everyday natural look but I can't seem to get it right applying it.It seems to highlight my undereye dark cirles instead of amplifying my eyes.I even used a concealer.

I'm Chinese with uneven eyes. I have a small fold just above the left eye. As for the right, the lid extends all the way down to the lashline. So there's no fold, no crease.

Could you pls pls help me?

Thank you so much!
